OutTrek is a generative ambient soundscape designed to be infinite in nature.

This static release is composed of recorded snippets from an infinite render stream which I felt are the most enjoyable and captivating parts.

The stream is made up of over 250 samples which are randomly selected with random effects (reverb, delay, filters, etc.) each time the sample is played, and are played at random time intervals.

Although this is both generative and ambient - there is still plenty of tonality and progression. The generation does follow chord changes - so there is some structure to it.

The listener should feel as though they are floating through space.
Everywhere one looks, more detail appears, more stars are visible, and slow but grand explosions, although subtle from a distance, are witnessed.
